Here I am giving a sumarry of each position. PM Me if you have any questions:
1.Commander and Chief: the leader of the guild and everyone in it.
3.5. commander bodyguard: the man who must protect the leader at all costs
3.5. main pilot of commander's ship: the main pilot's job to drive the ship of the commander
4. minor pilot of commander's ship:the minor pilot's job is to assist the major pilot

2.2nd in command(2ic): 2nd in power only to the commander and chief
4. 2ic bodyguard:the man who must protect the 2ic at all costs
4. 2ic main pilot of 2ic's ship:the main pilot's job to drive the ship of the 2ic
5.minor pilot of 2ic's ship: the man who must assist the major pilot

3.3rd in command(3ic): 3rd in power

4. Major spy: Steals info and important enemy items, assasins potential catchers, and does any thing else to downfall an enemy guild.
